Amacx Hydro Tabs

Amacx Hydro Tabs replenish the salts, minerals and vitamins you lose while exercising. Electrolytes are lost through sweating, so it is important to replenish them. On hot days or during high-intensity efforts, it is, therefore, very useful to add the Amacx Hydro Tabs to your water bottle. The tablets easily dissolve in 500 or 750 ml of water and have a natural, light and fresh taste.

Hydration, electrolytes and vitamins
These tablets contain magnesium, vitamin C, potassium, calcium and sodium. So in addition to hydration, they also support your electrolyte balance, and the vitamin C provides extra energy to combat fatigue. Moreover, magnesium contributes to normal muscle function. The tablets are a low-calorie thirst quencher and contain no carbohydrates.

Recommended use: You can use the Hydro Tabs before, during or after a workout.

Recommended dosage: Dissolve 1 tablet in 500 ml or 750 ml of water; the amount of water depends on your personal preference. Use up to 3 tablets per day.

Ingredients - Lime flavour: Acidity regulator (citric acid), fillers (sorbitol, sodium bicarbonate), acidity regulator (malic acid), magnesium carbonate, trinatium citrate, tripotassium citrate, binder (polyethylene glycol), maltodextrin, lime flavouring, L-ascorbic acid (vitamin C), calcium carbonate, sweetener (sucralose), anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids), green tea extract.

Ingredients - Orange flavour: Acidity regulator (citric acid), fillers (sorbitol, sodium bicarbonate), acidity regulator (malic acid), magnesium carbonate, trinatium citrate, tripotassium citrate, binder (polyethylene glycol), maltodextrin, orange flavouring, L-ascorbic acid (vitamin C), calcium carbonate, sweetener (sucralose), anti-caking agent (magnesium of fatty acids), green tea extract, colouring agent (beta-carotene).

Ingredients - Forest Fruit flavour: Acidity regulator (citric acid), fillers (sorbitol, sodium bicarbonate), acidity regulator (malic acid), magnesium carbonate, trinatium citrate, tripotassium citrate, firming agent (polyethylene glycol), maltodextrin, blackberry flavouring, raspberry flavouring, L-ascorbic acid (vitamin C), calcium carbonate, sweetener (sucralose), anti-caking agent (magnesium of fatty acids), green tea extract.
